This not only politicizes federal agencies, it impairs fundamental First Amendment liberties,” Cause of Action explains in its report. The equities exception is breathtaking in its breadth. As the Greg memo put it, any document request is covered, including “congressional committee requests, GAO requests, judicial subpoenas and FOIA requests.” And it doesn’t matter what format the documents happen to be in because, according to Greg, the equities exception “applies to all documents and records, whether in oral, paper, or electronic form, that relate to communications to and from the White House, including preparations for such communications.” ( equities ) my definition as it was determined by president Obama. Well-heeled West Villagers will be in for a rude surprise when they open the latest copy of their local newspaper and see the headline, “The N—-r in the White House” — except without the dashes.
The shocking headline in the WestView News is a reference to President Obama and sits at the top of Page 15 above an opinion piece that criticizes what it calls the anti-black “racism” of far-right voters.
The convoluted screed by author and journalist James Lincoln Collier is actually a pro-Obama piece — but that didn’t stop West Villagers from decrying the printing of the slur.

As defined I am in total agreement. Same was true in the 50's & 60's, there was negros and negors. They called themselves that and so did 'we'. The good one's and the bad ones'.

See a tree with 20 apples hanging on it and reasonable people conclude it's an apple tree. So is it a criminal conspiracy when 20 government employees illegally destroy important official emails?
If that seems like an extreme question, consider the steadily accumulating evidence about the Obama administration's modus operandi with potentially incriminating documents subpoenaed by Congress: A scandal erupts. Congressional hearings are held. Documents are requested and withheld. Subpoenas are issued. Contempt charges threatened. A few documents dribble out.
Then come the admissions that, oh by the way, emails required by multiple federal laws to be preserved have either been destroyed or "lost."
Over and over and over ...
The latest example comes from the Department of Health and Human Services, which admitted Wednesday that hundreds of Obamacare emails subpoenaed in 2013 by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform were destroyed months ago.
This jaw-dropping admission sparked outrage from the committee's chairman, Rep. Darrell Issa:
"Today’s news that a senior HHS executive destroyed emails relevant to a congressional investigation means that the Obama administration has lost or destroyed emails for more than 20 witnesses, and in each case, the loss wasn’t disclosed to the National Archives or Congress for months or years, in violation of federal law.
"It defies logic that so many senior administration officials were found to have ignored federal record-keeping requirements only after Congress asked to see their emails ...

On April 10, 2012, a hearing took place in New Jersey regarding a ballot challenge by two New jersey residents claiming that Barack Obama was not legally qualified to be on the ballot. The complainants were Nicholas E. Purpura and Theodore T. Moran. They appeared before Administrative law Judge Jeff S. Masin.
The counsel for the complainants alleged that Obama had provided no proof of citizenship other than a forged document posted at the WH website. The counsel for Obama, Alexandra M. Hill asked that the ballot challenge be dismissed. Among other things, she alleged that there was no requirement for anyone to prove their citizenship to run for POTUS.
During that hearing. Obama's attorney Hill agreed to stipulate that the image of a purported birth certificate posted on the WH website was not a legitimate copy of a legitimate birth certificate and therefore could NOT be relied upon as evidence that Obama was not a 'natural born citizen' although she had agreed that a 'natural born citizen' was one born of two US citizen parents.
Let me put this in plain English for you Bucky.....Obama's attorney agreed that the copy of the birth certificate posted on the WH website was a forgery...a fake ! Yet, this is what Obama told the world was a copy of his birth certificate and his Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told the press corps. that he personally posted the copy of Obama's birth certificate on the WH website.
There is a video of the actual hearing available although the WH has repeatedly tried to have it suppressed . They do not want anyone to see their own attorney admit the image of a purported BC at the WH website is a fake !

If the Obama Administration does not devolve into a pure dictatorship in affect abolishing future elections it is highly likely that he will at some point be indicted, convicted and sentenced to jail for willfully violating US laws and the US Constitution.

The Obama administration is a master in taking a small problem and making it into a major crisis, such as the border and now the Eloba. Every crisis started small and the Obama knew months or years in advance, but, did not until was too late. These big crisis are needed to request larger amount of money from the taxpayers and to transfer the money into their supporters' hands. When the problem get too big; it is also very difficult to track where and how the money is being used.
The out break of Ebola started in December 2013 and the international community requested help from this administration, but they did not reply. Now, the CDC issued an Eloba State of Emergency Level I. CDC stated that we should expect a small number of Eloba cases in the US but not to worry. The Obama will be requesting money to handle this crisis to educate US hospitals on how to screen and handle these expected Ebola cases.

WHITEWASHINGTON, AC/DC -- President Barack Obummer admits he's "bummed on ISIS."
"When I tucked my executive tail between my presidential legs and high-tailed it out of Iraq, leaving that nation to the mercy of the merciless terrorists American men and women died to defeat, I never had any idea that my withdrawal of U. S. forces would create a vacuum that allowed culprits like ISIS to overrun the place and start amputating and decapitating people," Obummer maintains. "I thought that, since my middle name is Hussein, they'd have shown me a little respect."
According to insiders, the president is also "bummed" because he "has no plan" as to how to deal with the crises in Iraq and elsewhere in the Middle East and is uncertain whom he should blame.
"Sometimes he thinks he should blame Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; other times, he considers faulting Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal or ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi," First Lady Michelle Obummer, who wishes to remain anonymous, revealed. "He's even thought to point his finger at Allah," she added.
Anyone, critics contend, is a worthy scapegoat for Obummer's failure except the president himself.
Obummer is said to be "detached" from and "indifferent" to foreign affairs.
"He'd much rather play golf," Tyger Wood whined, "than take on the likes of ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hamas, or the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation."
"He's more interested in what Portia and I do in the bedroom," Ellen Degenerate charged, "than he is in protecting American lives."
Obummer says he has no interest in women, lesbians or otherwise, but admits that he wants to "sink a hole in one," if whoever "the one" is happens to be "the right man for the job."
Obummer expects the wars in the Middle East to rage for another few millenniums, but he'd like "to score" before then, so, once again, for him, it's off to the greens.
