"WOULD 'U' LOOK @ THIS!??" No one has been able to explain to me why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and only get 50% of their pay. While Politicians hold their political positions in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full pay retirement after serving one term It just does not make any sense. Monday on Fox news they learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. This will get national attention if other news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to the below, just where will all of it stop? 35 States file lawsuit against the Federal Government Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention. This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on. This is an idea that we should address. For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop. If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.. This is one proposal that really should be passed around. Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ."

Darrell Issa ( after Holder )
. Since January 2011, he has served as Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. His net worth has been estimated at more than $300 million, making him the richest member of Congress.

? An anonymous statement from a woman accusing Herman Cain of sexual harassment sounds to me like Obama finally coming up with a birth certificate.

Jared Bernstein: On the October Jobs Report
Senior Fellow, Center on Budget and Policy Priorities
The jobs report for October just came out with payrolls up 80,000. That's below the average of the past year -- about 125,000 per month. So we're just very much stuck in a slog here. The private sector is expanding at a snail's pace, while state and local governments continue to cut jobs. It's a vicious cycle where weak employment growth is leading to weak wage and income growth and that's dampening consumption and GDP growth. And as long as consumers remain strapped, it's hard for me to see why corporations sitting on trillions in cash reserves would invest here as opposed to expanding, emerging economies elsewhere. Meanwhile, Congress remains in a fantasyland, wallowing in a well-deserved 9% approval rating and blocking every idea that might actually stimulate some job growth.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy reportedly told US President Barack Obama that he could not "stand" Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and that he thinks the Israeli premier "is a liar." According to a report on the French website Arret sur Images, after facing reporters for a G20 press conference last Thursday, the two presidents retired to a private room, to further discuss the matters of the day. The conversation apparently began with Obama criticising Nicolas Sarkozy for not having warned him that France would be voting in favor of the Palestinian membership bid in UNESCO despite Washington's strong objection to the move. The conversation then drifted to Netanyahu, at which time Sarkozy declared: "I cannot stand him. He is a liar." According to the report, Obama replied: "You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!"The remark was naturally meant to be said in confidence, but the two leaders' microphones were accidently left on, making the would-be private comment embarrassingly public. The communication faux pas went unnoticed for several minutes, during which the conversation between the two heads of state - which quickly reverted to other matters – was all but open to members the press, who were still in possession of headsets provided by the Elysée for the sake of simultaneous translation during the G20 press conference. "By the time the (media) services at the Elysée realise it, it was on for at least three minutes," one journalist told the website. Still, he said that reporters "did not have a chance to take advantage of this fluke." The surprising lack of coverage may be explained by a report alleging that reporters present at the event were requested to sign an agreement to keep mum on the subject of the embarrassing comments. A member of the media confirmed yesterday that "there were discussions between journalists and they agreed not to publish the comments due to the sensitivity of the issue." He added that while it was annoying to have to refrain from publishing the information, the journalists are subject to precise rules of conduct. governmentgonewild.org/=*= ICYMI: In Case You Missed It =*= Cato Institute, FOX News Analyst Highlights Government Gone Wild Video Tallahassee—Daniel J. Mitchell of the Cato Institute weighed in today on Government Gone Wild’s most recent video, calling it one of the best videos on bureaucratic spending—in fact, second only to his own video. “This is the second-best video I’ve ever seen on the bloated and overpaid government workforce,” notes Mitchell, a Senior Fellow at Cato Institute, Washington’s premier free-market think tank. “I especially like how he understands that the problem is the size of government and I also admire his recognition that Republicans often are just as bad as Democrats.” Florida-based Government Gone Wild, a non-partisan movement aimed at educating citizens about the national debt and out-of-control government spending, produced the video, entitled “Special Interests…Exposed!” Government Gone Wild has exploded onto the grassroots Conservative scene, garnering millions of hits online and a recent feature on the Drudge Report. “This video highlights an alarming trend: the era of enormous government and entrenched government workers,” explained Blaise Ingoglia, founder of Government Gone Wild. “The numbers speak for themselves, and here is a perfect example: As Americans have struggled to pay the bills under the current recession, the Transportation Department has gone from one employee making over $170,000 a yearto 1,690 employees making that amount. Why do we need that many astronomical bureaucratic salaries?” Other highlights of the video include: · The Department of Defense had 1,868employees making over $150,000 a yearwhen the recession started. Today, that number is 10,100 employees. · Since this recession started, the number of federal employees making more than $100,000 a year has doubled...in less than two years. · The average total compensation for a private sector employee in 2009 was $61,000.00, compared with $123,000.00 for a federal employee. · With approximately 21,300,000 government employees in this country, that means that about 16% of this nation’s voting electorate works for government. “If you count spouses or other family members, that means at least32%of the voting electorate will be likely to come out and vote against candidates who propose cutting government spending,” concluded Ingoglia. “That is a big block of people—and the hidden danger of big government.” Sincerely, Blaise Ingoglia, Founder Government Gone Wild!

The Four Cats
Four men were bragging about how smart their cats were.
The first man was an Engineer,
The second man was an Accountant,
The third man was a Chemist, and
The fourth man was a Government Employee.
To show off, the Engineer called his cat, "T-square, do your stuff."
T-square pranced over to the desk, took out some paper and pen and promptly drew a circle, a square, and a triangle.
Everyone agreed that was pretty smart.
But the Accountant said his cat could do better. He called his cat and said,
"Spreadsheet, do your stuff."
Spreadsheet went out to the kitchen and returned with a dozen cookies. He divided them into 4 equal piles of 3 cookies. Everyone agreed that was good.
But the Chemist said his cat could do better. He called his cat and said, "Measure, do your stuff."
Measure got up, walked to the fridge, took out a quart of milk, got a 10 ounce glass from the cupboard and poured
Exactly 8 ounces without spilling a drop into the glass.
Everyone agreed that was pretty good.
Then the three men turned to the Government Employee and said, "What can your cat do?"
The Government Employee called his cat and said, "CoffeeBreak, do your stuff."
CoffeeBreak jumped to his feet.......
Ate the cookies........
Drank the milk.....
Sh*t on the paper.......
Screwed the other three cats........
Claimed he injured his back while doing so.
Filed a grievance report for unsafe working conditions.......
Put in for Workers Compensation..................and
Went home for the rest of the day on sick leave............
AND THAT, MY FRIEND IS WHY EVERYONE WANTS TO WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT!

The "1" single most important thing that worries me the most is neither the republician party or independent or any other party doesn't find and select a candidate that can beat Obama.
Four more years of Husobama and America will be a socialist dictatorship with very few real freedoms. There are enough voices 'votes' in the U.S. to do what has to be done, but what the majority don't realize "is" this may be 'our' last chance to do it if Obama gets 4 more years.
"WE" must also remember there's congress to deal with, how do 'we' go about getting them to be logical, reasonable, and make common sense decisions? As a free Nation (for the time being) if 'we' could get Amendment # 28 on a National Ballot to be voted on, I think it would do *wonders* to wake politicians up to the fact this country is still; \\\"made for the people, made by the people, and answerable to the people," ///

I was thinking of this metaphor: When your panning for gold you use various and sunder ways of finding it. Running it thru a troff, screening it out or just swirling a pan around looking for what your doing it for. Same as selecting a candidate to run for president: Sh** floats so it gets eliminated right off. Others melt away while in the pool. Some of the 'bigger clunks' hang in for a while until they have to be tossed. Some look fresh and sparkle and are selected as keepers... "fools-gold!" ROTFLMAO But the real prospector is experienced, has already made all the mistakes of the armature and has cashed in on the finds of the past. But the most obvious and 'currently' the most frequent occurrence is looking where there is none!
*PS 'i' could ( put names ) by each example ... but 'i' don't want to bias or hurt any feelings ... ROTFLMAO

Consider the following: I would first like to pose a few questions```` 1. Could it be this current recession was, has, and is politically motivated? 2. Could one party be so vindictive as to ignore the citizens and their welfare for the sole purpose of political gain? 3. Compare when the problems actually began with the political situation of who was in power and what was about to happen to change that?
Recent unemployment 8.3% So it was no surprise that the first public Republican reactions, coming in at 9:08 AM, sounded a bit like stutters. House Speaker John Boehner: “While there are flickers of hope in our recovery and certainly they’re welcome,” the speaker said. “But the American people were promised by the president that unemployment would not exceed 8 percent. And here we are 36 straight months with unemployment over 8 percent.” And House Majority Leader Eric Cantor: “After several years of bad jobs news, we are finally seeing some good news in today’s jobs report,” Cantor said in a statement. “These numbers are encouraging, especially for those millions of Americans out of work, but we should aim even higher. We shouldn't settle, we can do more, this is America.” Republican Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers said Ronald Reagan led a faster recovery from a “more difficult, deeper recession” that he inherited (a claim disputed by economists who say the two recessions were extremely different and incomparable in many ways). And Mitt Romney: “We welcome the fact that jobs were created and unemployment declined,” Romney said in a statement. “Unfortunately, these numbers cannot hide the fact that President Obama's policies have prevented a true economic recovery. We can do better.”
Does this sound like enthusiasm, gratitude, and encouragement for a 'group' of people supposedly representing "US" in government =OR= a greedy, self-righteous, egotistical, 'bunch' of rich people looking out only for themselves? "DON'T !" start celebrating yet...the same can be said for the Democrats!!!! This from the guys whose party has been voting against even modest Democratic efforts to put Americans back to work following the most devastating economic downturn since Model T's were the most common car on the road. From a guy who doesn't care about poor people and who enjoys firing people. From congressional leaders who have done their damnedest to curtail programs like unemployment insurance meant to ease some of the pain of those without work. From the cohort of politicians which seeks to cut big holes in the safety net designed to shield Americans from the worst effects of recessions
=*= "SO !" how many questions has this answered for YOUR-SELF? =*=
=*= Like it-or-not my answer to solving Americans problems =*=
1. Shrink government to the point they can't control "US" 2. Limit elected term lenghts to-two, same as for the president ... but allow congressmen to run a 2nd time after setting out for ... a term 3. Amendment # 28 - congress has only the same rights, ... privileges, and salary/beneifits package "WE" have! 4. eliminate current tax system immediately & have a 'fair ... system'!
