Taking uninsured cars off the highway...
Recently, in the City of Dallas, Texas, they passed an ordinance that if you are pulled over by law enforcement and not able to provide proof of insurance, your car will be towed right away..
Afterwards, to retrieve your car after being impounded, you must show proof of insurance to have your car released. This has made it easy for the City of Dallas to remove uninsured cars that are typically driven by mostly illegals.
Shortly after "No insurance" ordinance was passed, the Dallas impound lots began to fill up quickly and were full after nine days. Most of the impounded cars were driven by illegals.
Not only must you provide proof of insurance (***)to have your car released, you have to pay for the cost of the tow, a $350 fine, and charged $20 for every day their car is kept in the lot.
I would suggest other cities across the nation to follow what Dallas , Texas is doing. Not only is it getting uninsured drivers off the road, but it is taking away vehicles driven by illegals that have no insurance that might endanger your life. It's not only illegals, it's citizens also. In discussing vehicle accidents involving 2 or more vehicles, it's amazing how many people don't have insurance. 'i' don't know the statistics, but it seems those are the ones that cause the accidents.
GO Texas !
--------------
Dallas' Solution Get them off the road WITHOUT making them show proof of nationality. Wonder how the ACLU or the Justice Department will get around this one.
Dallas, TX's solution to Illegal's... Brilliant!!! (***) Lu Lu 'i'd like to take that a couple steps farther: 1. "If" & "When" anyone comes to the impound lot to get their car out they must have with them drivers license registration proof of citizenship {SS card} [ or special documentation giving them permission to drive in the "US" ] 'i' owned & operated an impound lot for years, it was amazing to me how many people would show up and want their vehicle back with no proof of ownership or anything else. "&" they'd get twisted all out of shape when 'i'd tell them it doesn't leave til 'i' get it. Some would call the police dept. or whoever put their vehicle in the lot and tell'm to make 'me' give them their car back. Ha! Ha! That just added to their charges!

Below is a 'perfect example' ( from 'my local' news radio website ) of how "The state of IN. is handling " those people. 31-year old Alejandra Garcia of 2034 Moscow Road, Greensburg was picked up on an allegationi of operating a vehicle while having never received a license. Cash Bond: $55. Now 'i'll admit it might be tough for him to come up with this much-but-there's 20 others that live in the same apartment he does that'll pool their resources & get him out! Will 'WE' ( residents of the county ) ever hear anything else about this arrest? NO! Why'd they set the bail so low cause gett'n alittle is better than housing & feeding him. NO LICENSE, ( and 'U' know the answer to all the other questions he should have been asked before bailing out Was he sold this vehicle in Gnsbg? Did the dealer ask to see a drivers license? [[ shouldn't that be manditory before a customer can leave the car lot? ]] The dealer ,, in 'my' opinion,, is as responsible and guilty as the purchaser when he goes out and causes an accident!

MY post on Cafferty File:Terry- Greensburg, IN "Hoosier Hillbilly" January 4th, 2011 3:56 pm ET Your comment is awaiting moderation. 14 states are considering passing laws that would deny citizenship to children born of illegal immigrants in the United States. It's unfortunate for the kids, but who'd take care of them if "WE" sent the law breakers home? If they can find a home here – they can stay, if not ship them out with their law-breaking parents. Laws or laws, 'U' & 'i' have to live with them – so should everyone else. Personally 'i'm tired of hearing about this either the law applies or it doesn't; it makes me wonder what laws 'i' can break & nobody is going to do anything about! "Do 'i' really have to file with the IRS, or can 'i' skip a few years – then 'i'll be dead & it won't matter!

***UNLESS*** They can read this, and are fluent in "our language" & and have committed ( NO ) crimes: the 14th Amendment [shadow=red,left,300]they gota GO![/shadow] Its Due Process Clause prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons (individual and corporate) of life, liberty, or property \\\without certain steps being taken///..[[it's time for those steps!!]]. This clause has been used to make most of the Bill of Rights applicable to the states, as well as to recognize substantive rights and procedural rights. Maybe 'i'm wrong, but 'i' thought if 'U' were a criminal some of these rights were taken from 'U'? Life: that's to severe Liberty: they didn't have it to begin with - they're illegal immigrants Property: none of'm own any of that!

illegal immigration « Result #3 Today at 1:59pm » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tough bill on illegal immigration ready to go SAD part!Politics & Government Failed legislative immigration efforts State legislators have failed to pass crackdowns on illegal immigration: > 2006: House Bill 1383, sponsored by Rep. Eric Turner, R-Marion, which would have required law enforcement to verify the status of suspected illegal immigrants and barred them from receiving any publicly funded aid. It was defeated in the House, 74-19. > 2008: Senate Bill 335, sponsored by Sen. Mike Delph, R-Carmel, cracked down on businesses that hire illegal immigrants and required State Police to enforce federal immigration laws. It passed the Senate 37-11, and — after being amended into Senate Bill 345 — it passed the House 66-33. It died in the session’s final days as lawmakers negotiated differences in the House and Senate versions. > 2009: Senate Bill 580, sponsored by Delph, shut down businesses that repeatedly and knowingly hired illegal immigrants and required all Indiana businesses to use the federal verification system to check the citizenship status of their hires. It passed the Senate 37-13 but did not get a hearing in the House. > 2010: Senate Bill 213, sponsored by Delph, required the Indiana Department of Correction and sheriffs to make a reasonable effort to verify offenders’ citizenship and required businesses with state and local government contracts to verify that their employees were here legally. It passed the Senate 46-4 but did not get a hearing in the House. I guess our state government is as guilty of not doing nothing about anything as 'our' federal '1' is! HAPPY PARTA state lawmaker thinks it's time Indiana followed Arizona's lead in cracking down on illegal immigration, and he wants to go even further by barring the use of any language but English in most government transactions. State Sen. Mike Delph, R-Carmel, has been trying since 2008 to toughen Indiana's enforcement of laws against those who immigrate illegally and those who knowingly hire them. This year, with strong GOP majorities in the Senate and House, Delph is pursuing a wide-ranging bill that goes beyond any legislation sought in the past. "We're taking the handcuffs off of law enforcement. We're holding employers who are thumbing their noses at the law accountable. And we're lifting up the English language," Delph said Friday. Gov. Mitch Daniels' office had no comment, saying it had not yet reviewed the measure. But the bill already has drawn stiff opposition -- from those who fear Hispanics and other ethnic groups will be unfairly targeted and from business groups that think it's outrageous that the measure could put employers out of business. "I'm worried that the unintended consequences of what he's doing is to put a sign on our state saying we don't want immigrants," said John Livengood, co-chairman of the Alliance for Immigration Reform in Indiana, a coalition of groups that want to see immigration reforms left to the feds. Delph admitted Senate Bill 590 may be tough but said no one who follows existing immigration laws should fear it. The 30-page proposal tackles numerous areas. As in Arizona, the bill requires state and local law enforcement officers who stop anyone for violating a law or ordinance to ask for proof that the person is here legally if the officers have "reasonable suspicion" that the person is not a citizen or legal visitor. Businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants could be investigated by the state attorney general's office or county prosecutor, who could subpoena business records. If found guilty, businesses would face penalties from probation up to the loss of their licenses to do business. Delph's bill allows a few exceptions for institutions such as utilities and hospitals, which cannot be shut down without harming the public. Prime Minister Kevin Rudd - Australia ( "Hits the nail square on the head!")
Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.. Separately, Rudd angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques.. Quote: 'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT.. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali , we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians. ' 'This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom' 'We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society . Learn the language!' 'Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.' 'We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.' 'This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, 'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.' 'If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted. ....................................................................................................... Thinking of going there to live myself. Visited a couple times & really love it!

There's @ least 3 places this needs to go on the forum but 'i' guess it'l get read, so here 'i' go.
Group decries immigration bill Hispanic caucus says the measure, if passed, may encourage profiling
Jan 16, 2011 Written by Bill McCleery Politics & Government A bill intended to crack down on illegal immigration in Indiana could "escalate the kind of rhetoric that we can link directly to . . . sad events" such as the recent killings in Arizona, the president of the Indiana Latino Democratic Caucus said Saturday. Was that a "threat" or what???
"Senator (Mike) Delph is trying to do what he thinks is best," the group's president, Pedro Roman, said Saturday in announcing the caucus' opposition to the proposed legislation. "He's a good man of good will, I have no doubt, but we do need to be careful about escalating this kind of rhetoric."
Rhetoric - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Rhetoric is the art of using language to communicate effectively and persuasively. MIKE Delphs' Define Rhetoric at Dictionary.com (in writing or speech) the undue use of exaggeration or display Pedro Romans' Delph, R-Carmel, took exception to Roman's suggestion that his proposal might stir hatred or incivility.
"The senseless tragedy in Arizona was at the hands of a deranged lunatic ((Pedro Roman))," Delph said. "To try to bring that tragedy into a legitimate debate on public policy is both offensive and absurd."
Delph's proposal would require local police, any time they stop someone for a violation, to ask for proof of legal residency if they have reasonable suspicion that a person is not a citizen or legal visitor. It would instruct police to follow procedures "without regard to race, religion, gender, ethnicity or national origin." What would that do for the state of Indiana: 1. lower welfare 2.drop health costs 3. provide legal employment 4. give education systems more money to spend on "OUR" children & 'i'm sure Mike can add more
The bill also would increase investigative actions and toughen penalties against businesses that knowingly hire illegal immigrants. In addition, it would require that more government functions be carried out only in English, reducing the numbers of forms, Web sites and documents offered in different languages. Never should have been any other way to begin with.

The Blue Pigeon.
The mayor of Phoenix was very worried about a plague of pigeons in Phoenix .
He could not remove the pigeons from the city. All of Phoenix was full of pigeon poop, the people of Phoenix could not walk on the sidewalks, or drive on the roads.
It was costing a fortune to keep the streets and sidewalks clean.
One day a man came
to City Hall and offered the Mayor a proposition.
'I can rid your beautiful city of its plague of pigeons without any cost to the city. But, you must promise not to ask me any questions. Or, you can pay me one million dollars to ask one question.'
The mayor considered the offer briefly and accepted the free proposition.
The next day the man climbed to the top of City Hall, opened his coat, and released a blue pigeon. The blue pigeon circled in the air and flew up into the bright blue Arizona sky.
All the pigeons in Phoenix saw the blue pigeon and gathered up in the air behind the blue pigeon. The Phoenix pigeons followed the blue pigeon as she flew southward out of the city.
The next day the blue pigeon returned completely alone to the man atop City Hall.
The Mayor was very impressed. He felt the man and the blue pigeon had performed a wonderful miraculous feat to rid Phoenix of the plague of pigeons.
Even though the man with the pigeon had charged nothing, the mayor presented him with a check for 1 million dollars and told the man that, indeed, he did have a question to ask and even though they had agreed to no fee and the man had rid the city of pigeons, he decided to pay the 1 million just to get to ask ONE question.
The man accepted the money and told the mayor to ask his ONE question.
Do you think the Mayor is going to ask how the blue pigeon led all the pigeons away?
Do you think the Mayor is going to ask where all the pigeons went?
The mayor asked:
'Do you have a blue Mexican?'

NOW THIS takes gutts!
-(o o)- ========================oOO==(_)==OOo=======================Top Subj: Mexican Lawmakers Denounce New AZ Law ........./mexican-lawmakers-denounce-new-az-law
Delegation of Mexican lawmakers denounces employer sanctions law "TUCSON- A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora traveled to Tucson to make the case against Arizona's new employer sanctions law,
The lawmakers say it will have a devastating affect on the Mexican state.
At a news conference Tuesday, they said Sonora cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools it will face as illegal Mexican workers in Arizona return to their hometowns without jobs or money.
The law, which took effect Jan.1, punishes employers who knowingly hire individuals who don't have valid legal documents to work in the United States.
Businesses found violating the law face suspension or loss of a business license.
The lawmakers were to travel to Phoenix Wednesday for a breakfast meeting with Hispanic legislators.
They're expected to tell them how the law will affect Mexican families on both sides of the border.
"How can they pass a law like this?" asked Mexican Rep. Leticia Amparano Gamez, who represents Nogales. "There is not one person living in Sonora who does not have a friend or relative working in Arizona," Amparano said in Spanish.
Amparano said the Sonoran legislators are already asking the federal government of Mexico for help.
Rep. Florencio Diaz Armenta, coordinator of the delegation, represents the agricultural rich San Luis, Rio Colorado, area south of Yuma which employs some 28,000 legal Mexican workers. "What do we do with the repatriated?" he asked. "As Mexicans, we are worried. They are Mexicans but they are also people's fathers and mothers and young people with jobs who won't have work in Sonora."
Diaz said the Arizona law will lead to the disintegration of the family, as one legal Mexican parent remains in Arizona and the other returns to Mexico."
YEP! that's how they think and "OUR" government is welcoming them here! so which is worse :: government or illegal immigrants 'U' tell 'me'!
