Racism* torments society.
* the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.

Doesn't mean 'we' can't accept them for who & what they are until they prove "US" wrong!
That's been going on since the beginning of time and will continue to the end of times.
