at exactly the same date and time....I decided to Video the City Council meeting as the subject discussed there is the joining of the County and City Dispatch into one entity.

The President of the TIF board, Shannon McCleod is resigning as she will be taking a position on the School Board. During the payment of the Claims another draw will be made from the bond money to pay the current bills and leave a $200,000.00 balance in the TIF account as was agreed upon in an earlier vote of the board.
