NOTE:   Found it very interesting that a member of this board was concerned with how a petitioners carport would affect the property value of those living in this area. When myself and one of my neighbors were objecting to the placement of a facility in our residential neighborhood we objected on the basis that it would affect our property value. Why did property value not matter then and now it does.? Why did they not consult realtors on the previous issue but now they are. Seems a bit 2 tier to me.
