I totally agree with taxi.
Service above & beyond the basics SHOULD be rewarded.

Don't forget to tip the cook in a small restaurant if the food is really good folks.. You would be surprised what an impression that will make.. Those people don't get paid that much and they usually don't see tips either. So put a smile on somebodies face!!  |
