As you'll see and hear in this video Rand knows what and why the Benghazi attack took place but he must have concrete evidence before he can submit it in a Press Conference. The state department was sending weapons from Libya to Turkey to be distributed in Syria. Now Syria is sending those same weapons to Iran and Palestine.
