Must have a 'copy' of such a well worded articulate comment before it goes away.

To finish a site off, you'd start a silly game, push it hard, then decide to shut it down; add invasive, multiple, annoying pop up ads; hire Mods who show blatant favoritism toward some posters and who almost certainly missed that optional training on poster's First Amendment Rights. Mission Accomplished? LOL Well done, Topix? The next time I'm here, I expect the OB viewer count to be a whopping 14. I also fully expect this post and possibly this account to go away soon.

***SICK Rick you keep forgetting what kind of 'crowd' your dealing with, I know your trying to put yourself on their level but you must ignore your (NPD) and get yourself on their level.
A skimmington, or skimmington ride, is a rowdy parade with effigies of victims or people dressed up to represent them, to make a public demonstration of moral disapproval of the individual or individuals. ...
That to be explained further for those that don't understand which are the people he's diminishing is:
Make a spectacle of their actions and deeds in public!
That's an excellent idea Rick the County Advocate

Napoleon, IN/Bonaparte's restaurant
Bonaparte's Retreat A Family Restaurant and Lounge Located in the heart of southeastern Indiana, on Highway 421, in Ripley County. The business is located in a building built in the early to mid 1800's. It has undergone extensive renovation and is finished in all native white oak paneling. The building has had many uses including a stop on the underground railroad. There is a broad collection of Napoleon Bonaparte memorabilia inside. The menu of the restaurant is widely varied. From prime rib to grilled cheese sandwich. Fried chicken is one of the favorites. The house specalty is BBQ ribs, served in a thick, sweet sauce. On the weekends the favorite place of many patrons is the veranda adjoining the bar. Occassionaly there will be acoustic music heard there. A full bar is also available. Beer and wine, and all top shelf liquor. Ron and Debbi Powers and their staff welcome you to stop by any time.

Thanks for contacting Charmin, Terry. I’m so sorry you’re disappointed, and I’m sharing your feedback with the rest of our Charmin Team. You’re correct that we slightly decreased the width of our rolls. Although the sheet is narrower, this change allowed us to invest in some additional features and upgrades: • We added some fibers back into each sheet – so you have more fibers per square inch in the center “performance zone” where you need them most to get the job done. • The reduced width improves the flushability because being slightly narrower allows the tissue to clear the bowl and drain lines more easily. • The wet strength technology ensures the same wet strength as before but allows the tissue to decay faster after flushing. It’s important to know that delivering value is one of our highest priorities, and we work hard to provide the quality and innovation our consumers have come to expect. Because we appreciate your loyalty to Charmin, I’m sending you a money-saving coupon via postal mail. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Thanks again for getting in touch!

What a 'bunch of despicable ignorant perverts' It's a disgrace and a travesty to even post on this forum. You people are disgusting, defiant, mentally perverted examples of herociousy. How can a local forum be productive with a 'bunch' of self-consumed degenerates posting repetitive insane information the community has no interest in? Are haven't you noticed?

Sun Tzu davidbrim.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/sun_tzu_strategy.jpegThe world has gotten much smaller with the birth of social networks, social bookmarking websites, search engines, email and other communication mediums. Furthermore consumers are constantly bombarded with marketing and advertising messages from every direction from companies competing for their attention. Sun Tzu was a Chinese general and philosopher who lived over 2,000 years ago and is most known for writing the Art of War. Sun Tzu often wrote about the importance of strategy and the wisdom that he shared is still extremely applicable today whether you’re referring to business, sports, or military endeavors.

The educational system is in such dire straits that there is a deliberate attempt to dumb our children down. Three time New York teacher of the year strongly echoes assertions related to the dumbing down of America in a book he released five years ago entitled, (Weapons of Mass Instruction). Adding to the stacked deck against our children, is the introduction of Common Core standards. Arizona is only eight weeks into this grand educational experiment, and the outcry has been so loud in opposition to Common Core, that the Arizona Superintendent of Education, John Huppenthal (not an educator, but a career politician) declared that Arizona is sticking with Common Core come hell of high water. However, Huppenthal declared that he was changing Common Core to a different name (Arizona College Ready and Career Standards) in an obvious attempt to fool parents as they hear more legitimate outcries about the unproven claims that Common Core makes kids more college ready in a “lipstick on a pig approach.” And the claims that Common Core is internationally bench-marked are not true, there are no internationally normed benchmarks for the Common Core assessment called PARC. PARC is not even completed and normed. Your children are guinea pigs for these standards which arise from Education for All which emanates from the United Nations. My oh my, does that Kool-Aid ever taste good.
PARC - The Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) creates a standard set of K-12 assessments in math and English. Within PARCC, a group of states bases the content of these assessments on what it takes to be successful in college and careers in the future. These examinations will also coincide with the full range of the Common Core State Standards Initiative to make certain that standards are present in classrooms. PARCC assessments are currently being developed and are on track to begin being administered during the 2014-2015 school year.
The PARCC was awarded Race to the Top assessment funds in September 2010 by the U.S. Department of Education to help in the development of the K-12 assessments. PARCC will include educators in the development of its assessments and will consult with more than 200 postsecondary systems to ensure that the examinations are preparing students for college and careers.
