Why wasn't I included? not that it was that important but when ASO went off, it would have been 'nice' to hear from you as to what was going on It's not like you don't have my e-mail address: But if you don't let me know and I'll find a way to get it to you. I don't know that it is save to put it on here. Subject: America Speaks Out - IS BACK!!!! Due to lame accusations of Copyright infringement ASO was suspended for a second time. Hoosier, When Proboards suspend ASO, I don't have access to the forum either, nor the member list, nor their e-mail addresses. I guess this is evidence that I don't save or store member data for personal use. Needless to say once I got back in I sent the mass email to all members. Personally I went to the forum Mississippi Talk. I believe MSTalk would welcome all of us in the event the Zoners keep whining and convince ProBoards to suspend ASO again. Perhaps Dent will post an open invitation to ASO members and include the hyper-link. Actually, I'm considering closing down ASO and directing all members to MSTalk. The fact that the whiners don't contact me, instead immediately go to Proboards with their false claims tells me that whoever it is obviously has an issue with ME not ASO. If they contact me I would know who my accuser is. I have a legal right to be able to face my accuser, something that has eluded me thus far. Obviously my accusers do not want me to know who they are. They simply want to be a nuisance. I find it interesting that both domains for the forum areas of TheUnknownZone as well as HeyMarthaForums.com are registered to Daily Nuisance Productions. If they did they would make their claims of infringement to me or make a post on the forum where the infringement happened. I do wish they would GROW UP and MOVE ON with life. I guess they are attempting to "copyright" every word in the English language. I asked ProBoards what proof of ownership did the complainant provide. I'm still waiting on that. I guess things have changed, I guess you just put a copyright symbol on something and it's copyrighted. Whatever.
