Some of these people have lost everything they own in this flood. They are in a flood zone. But this is home to them and the won't be run off their property. They can't get flood insurance here either. So this happens every year when the rains are bad.
Eventually the state will get all the land. They will offer them a price for their property. These people will get tired of the flooding and sell out. So is it fair or not? You tell me!
