IS THERE ANY WAY A POOR GIRL CAN GET SOME ANSWERS ON HERE?

I ask a question for the administrator and how do I get a reply? I sent him a message and still nothing. Does any one have any idea how I can get some help around here?? Do I have to wait forever or what?
