NTSB: Air traffic controller fell asleep, leaving planes on their own

Now tell me who is guilty? Should the pilot get fired to? After all he was putting all those peoples lives at risk.
The there is the other plane. Was that pilot guilty?
Should the air traffic controller be fired? He was working his fourth consecutive overnight shift. So was he put on a spot or what? Maybe he was just doing his job and they were short handed.. How about cutes in workers? Tell me?
I say what good for one could be good for all of them...
But then the controller did start all the trouble. I'm not sure what the rules are here.
