Because they do not have their spouse with them to complain about something that happened prior to getting in the car.

Guess cause they left their cell phone at home or were abouts! Don't ya just hate that one when they are talking on the phone and not watching were they are going? Well just tell they are #1 and give them a nice smile...  |
