AARP says if your over 50 their the cheapest  Can they all be right??? ( OR ) are we just getting a line of bull@#$* from all of them and if so is that 'truth' in advertising. Similarly, the news media feeds us what they want us to hear concerning politics, finance, even weather reports which are 'wrong': Both manipulate, fabricate, and in some cases flat out lie or tell us stuff they know nothing about simply parroting what their told too. ***However they do have a lot less time than a few years ago because they have to get the 'car insurance' commercials in. As The World Turns ~~~ O! by the way the planet has stopped wobbling but is @ a different angle to our axis than it was before the quake hit Japan.

Did you hear the Queen of England Grand-daughter Zara Phillips is getting married? Just after Prince William is. Now ain't that just honky dorey!
I'll bet she don't have as big a wedding as the prince does. I thought I heard the reception would be at one of the Queen's palaces. Somewhere who knows where...

Hey everybody! I guess you done heard about poor old Liz Taylor. She died and they said she was 79..  Also Disco singer Loleata Halloway died at 64. She was best known for Love Sensation" in their chart-topping single "Good Vibrations." They will both be missed I am sure by many. |

Hello every body! I have some tidbit for you tonight. Well did you know that they had Liz Taylor funeral today. Well they did and did you know that she didn't like being call Liz? Her name was Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor.
Zsa Zsa Gabor's publicist says the shock of Elizabeth Taylor's death made Gabor fear she was next and sent her to the hospital with high blood pressure.
John Blanchette says the 94-year-old celebrity was watching the news Wednesday morning at her Los Angeles home when she learned her friend and one-time neighbor had died. Blanchette says Gabor was inconsolable and commented: "Oh, Jane Russell and Liz Taylor -- I'm next."
That's a reference to the common myth that celebrity deaths come in threes.
Blanchette says Gabor's blood pressure soared and she was taken to the hospital but released Wednesday evening.
Cheer up Zsa Zsa! Its not time yet! Wished I could be with you dearie!! What stories we could tell each other. Wow!!

Aretha Franklin proved her voice is still divine at 69 as she gave a brief but rousing performance at a birthday party in her honour. She looks pretty good for her age and they say she sang like an angel.. Of course I was busy that night and couldn't make it. giggles Maybe next year Aretha darling..
Prince Harry will join wounded soldiers on a charity trek to the North Pole, his spokesman said Friday, but will be back in time to be best man for his brother Prince William's wedding next month.
Oh and believe it or not there is a pole that say the British want Charles as their King and not William.. Now I tell you I think that is a set up if I ever heard on. Don't you think so?

Well I have some more news for you. This is so good, not only are they getting married they are even getting a new stamp made for them. The stamps will show the couple's official engagement portraits taken by photographer Mario Testino. His casual picture of the couple will go on a first-class stamp, with the more formal image on a £1.10 stamp. The stamps will be available for sale on the Queen's birthday on April 21. It is the third time William's image has appeared on a stamp - the first was to mark the 100th birthday of the Queen Mother, his great-grandmother, on August 4, 2000, and the second for his 21st birthday three years later. Well I have ya some interesting little tidbits her now. Hope you like this one, cause I really did. You see Prince Harry of England is the most elgible bachelor for the girls now.. The say American girls are going crazy over Harry. I do think he is kinda cute! Oh well now let me tell ya all about him. You see Harry will be at his artic trek for charity. On Friday the prince will fly out to the start point of the 200-mile trek. He is expected to play a full part in the final preparations for the expedition, including sleeping out on the ice and dragging a 100kg sled. Oh me!! Speaking of the challenge that lay ahead he said he was not as ready as his colleagues adding: "I'm just here to give them as much support as possible... I haven't had as much time to train." He added, jokingly: "But today, to their huge amusement, they're going to see me on a pair of, whatever they're called, skis, this afternoon...So it should be entertaining for all of us."
