The Jewish people.
Chosen for what?
Preferential treatment by God?
No.
To be a blessing to all the other people of the earth.
How?
God told Abraham that he
would father a great nation.From Abraham came the Jewish nation.
From the Jewish nation came Jesus.
Saviour of the World.
Now that's a blessing.

Genesis 17:4 "As for me, this is my covenant with you: You will be the father of many nations.
