I remember back about 10 years ago we use to play a simulated online market trading game.
I became quite wealthy in cyber bucks.

Gold went down a lot.. Didn't it? Last I heard it did. But gold is always a good investment to make.

AS a 'beginner' 'U' want to select something 'U'r interested in and have some experience with, because 'U'll want to stay ( in-touch ) with whatever 'U' pick. If your going to invest in the market you must decide your goals: buy & hold, trade, long term for retirement or 1 to 2 years, how much you can afford to loose ( YEW! that's a part of if, sorry to say, it's not like banking it - it can vanish 'i've had it happen more than once If you don't personally want to stay active with whatever it is you purchase or need help deciding; ask friends [GET several opinions before acting!!!] or use a local investment firm. 'i'm not recommending, just suggesting Edward D. Jones, 'i've had success with them - they're nation wide and on the conservative side. 'U' have "1" friend right here which will advice 'U' as best 'i' can.  |

Gold was gone up for the last 5 years ( 140%) so it falls off a point or two & Lu Lu panics
Trade is expected to remain cautious ahead of Fed meeting result Wednesday.
The firm consensus is there will be no change in policy, with gold likely to be crushed if the Fed departs from its usual script, MKS Finance said: "Should they create the surprise and hike the rate, we could see a massive selloff of the metal, as the tendency has been on the downside for the past few days."

Lu Lu here's the way 'i' see it. By the time 'U' get it dug outa the ground on your farm, it's hard tell'n what the price will be. What 'U'auta do is dig some then seed it, and sell the spot off.
That's how some won in the ol'west.
