Ourselves mostly but #2 on the list is China...when Democrats are in power they love to borrow from & allow China to buy US debt so we are beholden to them. 900 Billion is what we owe China today...and it will be more by tomorrow...this is also why Democrats allow China to purchase US land across the country near most of our military bases & say nothing when they send spy balloons over the US & we find dozens of communist Chinese party "police" stations operating within our country. These "police" stations are to control the Chinese people within our country who may develop patriotism or whom won't do what the communist party sent them here to do.
