The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads: A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, a right of the people as free individuals, shall not be infringed. ***Let's take the above sentence apart, break it down piece by piece, to determine what and shy it's being challenged. *well regulated militia - Establishing government oversight of the people's arms was not only not the intent in using the phrase in the 2nd amendment, it was precisely to render the government powerless to do so that the founders wrote it. *security of a free state - a right of the people as free individuals *a right of the people as free individuals ( confirms the above ) to prevent confusion *shall not be infringed - to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another It's that simple, don't make it into something it isn't. In plain language the 2nd Amendment allows people to have guns. [should there be limitations] - only by the majority of the people (not necessarily gun owners) that obey the 2nd Amendment that vote for representatives to enforce the 'law'. www.lectlaw.com/files/gun01.htmExcerpt: It would be incongruous to suppose or suggest the Bill of Rights, including the Second Amendment, which were proscriptions on the powers of the national government, simultaneously acted as a grant of power to the national government. Similarly, as to the term "well regulated," it would make no sense to suggest this referred to a grant of "regulation" power to the government (national or state), when the entire purpose of the Bill of Rights was to both declare individual rights and tell the national government where the scope of its enumerated powers ended.

Getting employees involved, helping them learn to think like businesspeople, sharing the wealth that they help create—this is what it will take to make American capitalism competitive again. And in the process, it just might save or generate a few more manufacturing jobs. "The Team concept" www.google.com/#q=The+Team+conceptThis works if large companies like Kroger or Honda would just let it but their management get jealous and the ol'do-it-my-way comes back to take force.

American Conservatism is a broad system of political beliefs in the United States that is characterized by respect for American traditions, support for Classical Liberal ideas, Judeo-Christian values, anti-communism, advocacy of American exceptionalism and a defense of Western culture from perceived threats posed by creeping socialism, moral relativism, multiculturalism, and liberal internationalism. Liberty is a core value, with a particular emphasis on strengthening the free market, limiting the size and scope of government, and opposition to high taxes and government or labor union encroachment on the entrepreneur. American conservatives usually place individual liberty as the fundamental trait of democracy, which contrasts with liberals, who generally place a greater value on equality and social justice, especially for minorities, and support the welfare state system.[1] www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/hamilton-was-right/Excerpt: Yet it must be said that Hamilton, having experienced first hand the mismanagement and failures of government during and after the Revolutionary War, and whose historical knowledge of the ancient confederacies gave him reason to fear that the states might undermine the Union, had good reason for advocating a strong national government. As well, we should not forget that Hamilton never espoused the kind of extensive, intrusive governmental powers that most of the American people today, including many “conservatives,” have willingly accepted.

Why the Globalists Selected Obama to be President What most Americans fail to realize is that the destruction of America has been planned for and is currently underway. The craziness coming out of Washington is not the result of incompetent politicians. Rather, the politicians are doing the bidding of Wall Street in order to accomplish a complete take down of this country. This is being accomplished in such a stealth manner, that the American people will no idea what is happening to them until it is too late. www.thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/08/21/why-the-globalists-selected-obama-to-be-president/Excerpt: A Rookie Leads America Down the Primrose Path The fact that this country was ignorant enough and gullible enough to elect a man with such a questionable background with no accomplishments, to his name, which would represent anything of value, is reason enough to say that America made her own bed and now must lie in it.

Looking @ this pathetic piece of 'feces' brings up my 5 requests: 1. Resign as president 2. Admit your a complete failure as president and it was intentional 3. Take your racist transgender partner and other Muslim administration with you 4. Since the girls belong to neither of you find them responsible loving parents 5. If you remember, on July 2, 2008, then-presidential candidate, Barack Obama said, “We cannot rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. youtu.be/Tt2yGzHfy7s We gotta have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.” Perhaps that offers us some clues as to why these agencies aren’t relying on local police like they used to. So is Obama now arming these agencies so they become the domestic military force that he said we needed back in 2008? Well, that remains to be seen, but this much is for certain; these agencies don’t need this kind of weaponry given the jobs they’re tasked with, so something sinister appears to be happening behind the scenes.
