It's 'confusing' to say the least but I've determined the -popular vote- doesn't amount to a 'hill of beans'.
The will of the people, by the people, for the people has been taken out of our hands and handed to "Big Government"
in every respect and faction (a small, organized, dissenting group within a larger one, especially in politics).
Therefore your vote means nothing!!!
