Statement Calling for Constitutional Resistance to Obergefell v. Hodges
A group of legal scholars have signed a public statement urging civil disobedience against the U.S. Supreme Court ruling Obergefell v. Hodges declaring same-sex "marriage" a constitutional right. The 64 signatories include respected law and political science professors from universities across the nation, included Hadley Arkes of Amherst College, Gerard Bradley of Notre Dame Law School, and Robert George of Princeton, among others.
