WAKE UP AND LISTEN:    I want all of you to please listen to the following in this video of the City Council Meeting:

1.)  Milissa Ashley - Greensburg Housing Authority - Council denied funding.

2.)  Bryan Robbins -  Thrive Alliance received a waiver for non-compliance on their tax abatement.  Listen to the reason why.

3.)  Brenda Dwenger - City Clerk Treasurer wants the City Council to undo a       resolution that states that when she wants to invest money she has to have      approval from the City Council on the amount.

4.) Check out the GPD Police Chief's request to use the Public Safety funds (which come from the Public Safety Tax) to pay for a retiring officers vacation, sick and comp time.

5.) Mayor Marsh revealed his new card system.  If someone wants to speak on an item on the agenda they have to fill the card out BEFORE the meeting begins in order to speak and they will be given 2 minutes.   This does not allow a person to be able to respond to something he hears in the meeting that he disagrees with or feels is in error.  Since i did not fill out a card i have listed what i disagree with above.
