NOTE: Be sure to listen to the AIRPORT and WATER financial discussions on this video. The Mayor / City Council would not let anyone speak but those on the agenda before the vote on the airport. They had the EDC director and the Chamber director lined up to sing the Economic Development song with no hard based statistics. The President of the Farm Bureau was there just to inform them they would be taking a survey of their 2000 members on this airport expansion question which will eminent domain prime farmland. She had hoped to be able to provide them with that information before they fully funded this project. She too was not allowed to speak until after the vote had been taken.

NOTE: We called City Hall at 4 p.m. to try and be added to the agenda. We were told that was not possible as the agendas had already been sent out. The ironic part is the physical agenda distributed at the meeting had these words on the bottom of it : " Agenda is subject to change".
