NOTE: Paul Shaffer of BF&S requests permission to prepare 2 grant requests based on the Environmental Draft (EA) being finished before the end of the year....one that requests money for the project if the EA is approved and one for the taxiway if the EA is not approved.

NOTE: Paul Shaffer also talked about state legislation that was just passed that if the expansion project proceeds will increase the state level from 2 1/2% to 5% as to what the state of Indiana will pay on the proposed expansion project.

NOTE: anyone who has drones will want to listen to the discussion per FAA regulations that no drones are to be flown within 5 miles of an airport...that would take in the fairgrounds, the park, the ball diamonds etc. The Airport Board is discussing putting up signs to that effect and in a 3 to 1 vote with one member absent voted to install the signs.
