NOTE: at tonights meeting the board welcomed new board member Jody Caufman and they approved a potential project list for the TIF district in addition to the ongoing Phase II Veterans road. There will be an upcoming PUBLIC HEARING for those interested in what is being sought for projects for this TIF district which will likely be held at their next public TIF meeting on January 19th 2017. NEW BUSINESS: 1.) TMC Indiana 2, LLC requesting a permanent variance at 1500 - 1516 N. Lincoln street. Variance involves reducing the front yard setback depth on Barachel lane frontage . They are also seeking a permit to only provide 31 parking spaces during construction and providing only 25 spaces during during the demolition and repaving of the new store and 87 parking spaces eventually having the required number of parking spaces upon completion. 2.) Larry and Cindy McCamment are requesting a permanent variance on a parcel of ground located along the South Side of Park Road . The Permanent variance involves permitting an accessory building with an area of up to 3,000 square feet for each of the 5 parcels to be created by a proposed subdivision which would be in excess of the maximum area of 600 square feet permitted by current ordinances. 3.)
