Hey hillbilly. Some would also say the tea partiers r terrorists. . terrorist - the use of violent acts [the pen is mightier than the sword] to frighten the people in an area as a way of trying to achieve a political goal. According to the above definition you could include 'me' as a terrorist. I try to 'scare' people into waking up and seeing what Obama's political goal really is. Since I oppose his reasoning and beliefs he could have 'me' arrested and charged without ever having a lawyer or a trail to prove my innocence. NOW! what's that make him? I'll stand with this!!!

Obama can't arrest you just cause your beliefs are wrong lylah, Obama can have you arrested for no reason at all much less you disagreeing him. The secret service does it all the time-who's around to stop them-they are the "PREZ's" men! thetruthwins.com/archives/72-types-of-americans-that-are-considered-potential-terrorists-in-official-government-documentsExcerpt: Are you a conservative, a libertarian, a Christian or a gun owner? Are you opposed to abortion, globalism, Communism, illegal immigration, the United Nations or the New World Order? Do you believe in conspiracy theories, do you believe that we are living in the “end times” or do you ever visit alternative news websites (such as this one)? If you answered yes to any of those questions, you are a “potential terrorist” according to official U.S. government documents. At one time, the term “terrorist” was used very narrowly. The government applied that label to people like Osama bin Laden and other Islamic jihadists. But now the Obama administration is removing all references to Islam from terror training materials, and instead the term “terrorist” is being applied to large groups of American citizens. And if you are a “terrorist”, that means that you have no rights and the government can treat you just like it treats the terrorists that are being held at Guantanamo Bay. So if you belong to a group of people that is now being referred to as “potential terrorists”, please don’t take it as a joke. The first step to persecuting any group of people is to demonize [portray as wicked and threatening] them. And right now large groups of peaceful, law-abiding citizens are being ruthlessly demonized.

rt.com/usa/obama-ndaa-appeal-suit-229/The Obama administration has won the latest battle in their fight to indefinitely detain US citizens and foreigners suspected of being affiliated with terrorists under the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012. Congress granted the president the authority to arrest and hold individuals accused of terrorism without due process under the NDAA, but Mr. Obama said in an accompanying signing statement that he will not abuse these privileges to keep American citizens imprisoned indefinitely.{{ Now 'we' know how Obama alwaystells the truth? These assurances, however, were not enough to keep a group of journalists and human rights activists from filing a federal lawsuit last year, which contested the constitutionality of Section 1021, the particular provision that provides for such broad power. A federal judge sided with the plaintiffs originally by granting an injunction against Section 1021, prompting the Obama administration to request an appeal last year. On Wednesday this week, an appeals court in New York ruled in favor of the government and once again allowed the White House to legally indefinitely detain persons that fit in the category of enemy combatants or merely provide them with support.

What foundational, Constitutional principle do these statutes protect, advance, secure, defend, or uphold?
When the function of law is to destroy honest liberty, mock conscience, and pretend to protect the security of the many when only the power of the state to command total obedience is sought to be “protected”, how may it be that the legal profession as a whole does not rise in indignation and condemn this bald-faced effort to quash reasonable acts designed to bring proper attention to justified grievance and wanton destruction of the people’s common wealth?
At this time, at long last, has the legal profession of this nation, a profession which must understand the rule of law better than any other, has this profession, the world’s second oldest, it is said, no shame?
Certainly those who promulgate and “enforce” such law show no evidence of shame, quite the opposite, one might reasonably conclude that too many among them enjoy this opportunity of riding roughshod over individuals even as the corporate state enjoys running roughshod over the many.
Who do the forces of “justice” actually work for?
If those “forces”, policemen, politicians, lawyers and judges, will not ask themselves that question, then perhaps, we should?
Excellent and very critically important post, Kevin, thank you.
I do wonder, I admit, if Obama’s trained “environmentalists” have already promised, in order to get, or keep, their jobs, not to talk about any of this

WOW! girl, your really getting into this and I respect your statements and opinions. I guess it 'boils-down' to each of us making our own decisions and conclusions as to what Obama is really up to and what the consequences for this country are because of it. I don't give "US" much hope while he's running things, I just pray he doesn't mess it up so much it can't be fixed when he's gone! I seriously fear for this country and it goes much deeper than politics, but we'll discuss that later. Supper is ready!

I just don't buy into the omg Obama is president and he is ruining the country. Everything is not his fault. I also don't believe that he is as in charge as yall want to believe. I think for decades this countries decisions have been made behind the scene. Presidents just being face piece. No one man can ruin this country. This country has been going downhill way before we ever heard of Obama.
