#After giving it careful consideration I have managed 'thinking' how to solve the world's problems including the "USA".
"WE" all know how =The War on Drugs= has effected our nation, the harder we fight it the more there is.
Arrest are at record highs, from marijuana to Heroin to Meth. State and federal agents have confiscated tons
of it.
The Federal Government must confiscate it all to be distributed to the Middle Eastern countries with instructions
on it's use. This would kill 2 birds with one 'stone'. "WE" know our congress would get -into it- before it was shipped out ( congress has got to be 'alcoholics' and 'drug addicts' to act the way they do )and all of Al-Qaeda would begin consumption, there by leaving "US" to form new government of the people, by the people and for the people with no terrorists fears!
