Driver Expects To Fight Google Glass Ticket

I think the officer was right on this.  Just because she had something new doesn't me it won't she can get out of it.  This is just like the cell phone.  I was against that year ago..  I hope they make an example out of here.  Another new law is going to have to be passed just because of the glassed.

I get it!
The only reason we have stupid nanny-state laws is because we have so many dumb asses living amongst us that don't use common sense.

Just today, I witnessed a Lowndes County deputy texting while driving.
He got lucky twice today...he didn't wreck and I didn't have my camera available.

I'm going to start clicking and posting pics of LEOs that don't follow the laws that they are paid to enforce.

I despise to see distracted drivers.
They look like George Jones swerving all over the road.
I hate meeting a distracted driver head on. Feels like playing chicken.
I usually give a good long horn blast as we pass.

People that text, surf, email, and read books while in operation of a vehicle are nothing more than dumb asses.
And that's why we have so many stupid laws, because you can't fix stupid.

I spoke about this years ago before any thing was made a law. Now I see more people using them while driving. What are laws passed for?
